Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to show product colours and details accurately; small differences due to screens and lighting are possible.
• Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds or, for cash on delivery, once we accept the order.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is offered where available and may carry an extra fee shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Coupons and offers

Coupons apply only under their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Luxi Paris and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at the city of our registered business address.
