7-day easy returns

• Requests raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products that are unused and unwashed, in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Products that arrived damaged or defective, or are different from what you ordered. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products that have been used, washed or altered.
• Products without their original tags or packaging.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

• Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, the product, the reason, and a few photos.
• We confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup, or share the return address if pickup isn't available at your PIN code.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging with the tags attached.

Once the returned product reaches us and passes a quality check, we refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Want a different size or colour? We'll exchange it for the item you choose, subject to stock. If the price differs, we'll refund or collect the difference.
